

For those who have been billed and paid and for those who have not been billed and have an expired or expiring certificate the inspectors have been instructed to not cite a violation for an expired certificate at this time.

With the recent passing of Senate Bills 1179, 1053 & 1051 all underground storage tanks, and aboveground storage tanks that contain a Refined Petroleum Product will no longer be charged an annual registration fee, however registration is still required. The last invoicing went out November 1, 2016. For those owners/operators who have paid and not yet received a certificate one will be mailed soon, as we are transitioning to a new database.
